Set in the heart of Chateaux country, this barn conversion is stunning, with great volumes in the lounge and dining room/kitchen. All oak beamed and terracotta floors. Using the predominate white stone building technique, typical of the Loire area.
The house has four bedrooms, one double with ensuite, one double and two twin bedrooms. There are two toilets and apart from the en-suite bathrooms, other guests have the use of their own bathroom.
On the ground floor you can enjoy the kitchen/diner, leading onto the hallway and then into the double lounge. For winter rentals the house is heated throughout with electric radiators and an antique fashioned new wood burning stove.
A sunny patio – with bbq and sun loungers – leading onto your private swimming pool.
